Lemon-Lime Matcha cups

Lemon-Lime Matcha cups (makes 10)

This recipe is full of GOOD FATS with a very small amount of sugar.  You can even omit any sweetener and these are still great desserts that won't spike your blood sugar.  Make sure you check for added sugars in the coconut butters you buy! These fats I ALWAYS have in my pantry to whip up some quick fat bombs. Try experimenting with different flavors.  

To make two-toned matcha cups, combine all ingredients in a bowl except the matcha.  Divide the mixture in half then add the matcha to one of the bowls.  Begin filling up your silicon molds halfway with one of the mixtures. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes to solidify.  Then add the other mixture on top to create two colors.  Add any fresh fruit in the middle if you want!  Put back in the freezer for 20 more minutes.
